conda create -n 가상환경 python=3.8 -y 로 가상환경을 만들고 conda active 가상환경 으로 가상환경에 접속하려니 다음과같은 에러가 뜬다 하단에 need to close and restart 하라해서 했더니 동일한 에러가 계속 나더라 에러해결법은 다음과 같다 1.
